A ceremony focusing on cultural diversity
The official opening ceremony of the Forum was held under the high patronage of the Head of State, His Excelency Mr Blaise Compaoré, President of Burkina Faso, President of the Council Of Ministers, accompanied by the highest authorities of the host country.
