 Characteristics of the organization: PDCS is an independent non-governmental nonprofit organization whose mission it is to help develop and promote culture of democracy, expand democratic approaches, foster dialogue amongst various groups and prevent conflicts. PDCS is part of a network of similar institutions in 16 countries under “Partners for Democratic Change International”.

Activities: PDCS provides professional education, consultation-advisory services and issues publications. In doing so, it cooperates with other nonprofit organizations, public administration institutions and cross-sector partnerships in development programmes. It also fosters cultured dialogue among various interest groups.
